This is a vintage high precision quartz crystal oscillator module, Monitor-pc model SO-3233. An antique from 1971. Google with or without AI is clueless about this. Not sure how to interpret the name.

In has an oven/heater for precision frequency tuning not tested. ;-, cosmetically very slightly distressed but appears to function perfectly. The output is a 4 v p-p square-wave at 1.000 mhz. It may have been from an ancient frequency counter.

The power input is spec'd at 30 CDC but runs much lower voltage down to least 15 though the accuracy may not be as good.
